With the per day capacity of 500 tents, Saeed Textile Enterprise is a fully equipped vertically integrated unit with state of the art machinery.
Our 250 employees are distributed in different manufacturing units. Our management oversees all operations with personal involvement in each customer order and assigns a dedicated merchandiser to oversee and update the client regarding the process of their order.
We have a fully integrated vertical setup from Fabric weaving unit to Packaging fully equipped with modern day machinery and tools.
Saeed Textile enterprise has the following units under a single umbrella:
- Fabric weaving
- Fabric Dying
- Water Proofing
- Stitching
- Folding and Packing
Most of our workforce has been employed for many years which gives them the edge of experience in what they are assigned to do.
Since we handle enormous sizes of fabric, large work surfaces are a pre-requisite in production and stitching. The machines used in production are all top of the line industrial machines including:
- Picanol looms
- Complete dyeing and waterproofing unit
- Juki 1181 Sewing machines
- Power Press
- Fabric packing machine
